Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Typical delivery time is 6-12 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, email support@paperflightshop.com immediately and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact support@paperflightshop.com and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
