30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your PaperFlight kit. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
How to request a refund
- Email support@paperflightshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions and a return address within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with all included components (power module, remote controller, battery, charging cable, landing gear, display stand, manual).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your kit arrives damaged or does not work, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or a short video and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, request a refund and place a new order.
